Mary Crow is a young exorcist and she’s sent to a Japanese priest school from the Vatican to further enhance her studies. I don’t know why the hell anyone would send someone to learn about western religion in an eastern country BUT LET’S ROLL WITH IT! When she comes to Japan she’s given the name Maria, but Maria’s job isn’t just to study. Her job is to help exorcise demons that keep attacking the school, as well as attacking her. Turns out Maria is a demon magnet because she has a cursed blood flowing through her which is a curse that’s been passed through thousands of years in the Crow family lineage. Fortunately the secret of Maria’s exorcism powers are the fact that she has contracted with a demon named Uriel when she was a loli. He’s like her pokemon who will go out, beat up the demons and then eat them as a tasty snack. All Maria ever does is just throw some holy water or smack them with a bible 😆 Unfortunately these little low rank demons are just busywork for Maria who’s now the target of an organization called Hellfire, as they are trying to use her as a sacrifice to summon the great demon Azazel.
In my quest to finally get all the Hiiro games out of my backlog, I decided to finally play this fandisk that I’ve backlogged for a year. BIG MISTAKE. I should have kept it backlogged, or rather, I should have done like Genroh and thrown it out of my backlog forever. The good news is, this is the last Hiiro no Kakera game I will EVER play. ε=＼＿○ﾉ ｲﾔｯﾎｰｩ！ Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Soukoku no Kusabi ~Hiiro no Kakera 3~ Ashita he no Tobira”
And so this is the fandisk to Hiiro no Kakera 4. This features 3 scenarios for each guardian with additional routes for the Suwa brothers and takes place after the ending of the last game.
Sometime in the distant future, a loli named Saya is told by some crazy scientist not to tell anyone about her hidden powers. She also then makes a childhood promise with some shota who gives her a teddy bear. Now 10 years later, our heroine Saya is living on her own and attending high school until one day a new transfer student, Onizaki Touma, comes to her class. After that people start getting murdered left & right and Saya starts getting massive migranes from her powers. Sadly our heroine isn’t proactive or bitchy like Tamaki was so she accepts her fate as Tamayorihime without complaints. Basically it’s time to relive HNK1 through the ancestors of the HNK1 cast 😆 The biggest bummer of course? No kissing required to awaken the guardian’s powers!!!

Lol yea I don’t know why the series name is in the subtitle but whatever. I’ve decided to skip over HNK 2 because of its remake crap and having a completely different cast. Instead we’re jumping to Hiiro 3 which takes place the following summer. It’s now a hot summer and as usual Takuma is eating taiyaki while walking home to the Tamayori shrine together with Tamaki and O-chan (who I’ve promptly renamed to べべぬこ (´＾ω＾｀)). Everyone is busy studying for their entrance exams and Yuuichi even comes home from his university dorm to help them since he’s on break. One day they notice that a bunch of people are missing in school and when they run outside they realize that everyone in the school/village except for them has disappeared! When they go to check it out and split into groups, Tamaki runs into some shota being attacked by shadowy blobs. They bring him home and name him Rin and just then Ashiya & Kiyono come over. Ashiya explains it’s something to do with mirrors and then says that Drei has been killed along with the other 3 Logos bosses by some dude named Neil. Neil is now the new leader of Logos and he’s unsealed these mirrors which is what caused the disappearance of people in the village. He concludes by saying that most likely this mirror effect will spread beyond this village and THE WORLD IS DOOMED UNLESS TAMAKI AND HER HAREM TAKE SOME ACTION HELL YEA! ヽ(★`益´)ﾉ 気合ﾀﾞｧ!!
