Hello once again, mesubutas! Whomst among us does not enjoy a realized code? Unlike my earlier sojourns into girl gamer land, I did not purchase Code Realize in a 99% off Steam sale using the money I got from selling Steam cards that I got from idling in Crusader Kings 2 to Russian money launderers…but instead I did nab the Bouquet of Rainbows double edition (yes that’s right, this means that I will be playing the poruno fandisc shortly as well) during a random sale over the summer for about $20. Unfortunately for all of you, I never got to really get into it in earnest because shortly after purchasing it the ol’ ball and chain decided that she was going to required me to roll multiple new alts in FFXIV in case she wanted to take kissing screenshots for all the other alts she had. But fortunately for all of you, a few days ago I smashed her Diabolik Lovers mug and she got mad enough to no longer require me to keep playing with said alts and exiled me to the PS4 room to finish this (I should’ve been lauded for destroying an artifact from such a cursed franchise…) So anyway, here we gooooooooooooooooo! (Spoilers of course, but c’mon this game came out 6 years ago and all of you have already played it by this point anyway.)
It’s been 8 years and Quin Rose has gone bankrupt but I ran out of games and I realized I never played the FD of this game so here we are! Aileen reached her money goal and thought she was free but her mom owned her ass by telling her the entire time she was gathering money they had secretly had royal guards making sure nobody attacked her. They tell her that her position as Gilkhatar’s princess is not going to change and by her not becoming the ruler, someone else will and will almost certainly try to kill her to get her out of “way”. Her parents decide to go on a long honeymoon (aka run away from their responsibilities) with no plans to return and tell her to “do as she pleases” but she knows she can’t just abandon her kingdom. On top of that we get a new character, Jared, who is her arranged fiance and continuously cockblocks every single route. Also now we get a name and face for Aileen’s ex boyfriend Theodore.
Awaki Kotone decides to take over her late grandpa’s cafe Enchante and instead finds herself surrounded by non-human ikemans from another world who were regulars when grandpa was the master. She had quit her job because it was insanely stressful and mentally abusive. The cafe basically serves only the non human guys and because it has a magic barrier around it that makes normal humans not notice its location. Some of them also live there and pay rent in rare items from beyond this world worth thousands of yen.
Our heroine Yamada Oscar was given a weeb name by her otaku (and famous actress) mom whose favorite shoujo manga was Rose of Versailles. 😂 Like her mom, she’s also a huge otaku, but she likes a manga called RomaKoi where her favorite dude is Hikaru-sama who she has plastered all over her bedroom. She goes to a famous acting school but there’s a caste system where you have both the rich and the “normal” students attending. Needless to say there’s a huge divide between the two. Because Oscar is great at remembering lines after only reading them once, she gets scouted to join a newly formed acting club called Lumiere. Lumiere was formed by Maki Nozomi, a former member of another theatre group called Soleil. The teacher who leads Soleil, keeps trying to sabotage Lumiere so it’s up to Oscar, and Lumiere to ward off the attempts and win the upcoming acting competition to prove they are a real club who can stand out on their own.
