The story is about a girl named Tsukioka Umi who’s in her last year of high school and one day her otaku classmate invites her to go to a live band show by a local college band. She’s very impressed by it and then it so happens that she meets the band members at her part time job at a cafe. She asks if she can go watch them practice and she ends up singing with them. They are all impressed, especially the leader Shunichi that he asks if she can join their band and so she becomes their lead singer. Umi also has a pet bunny named Sora who I think gets more CGs than he deserves lol but let’s get rolling. Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Your Memories Off -Girls Style-“

Otome Game Review: Armen Noir
The story is about a girl named Nazca also known as Armen Noir. She is an A class bounty hunter who lives and works for the Bountiers chief Zecs. The thing is, despite her being an A class hunter, she cannot kill anybody. She rose to A rank because she has been able to defeat her enemies well without having to kill them. Zecs begins to get very disappointed in her because he really wants to her to be his little killing machine. Uh yea that’s about it for the back story…more after the jump ε- (^ω^# ). Otome Game Review: Himehibi -Princess Days-
Himehibi is a Takuyo game so of course you can expect there to be crack as I learned from Little Aid. As expected though you can’t get with the crackiest character (until the sequel so I’ll save my fangirling for the next game.) The story is about Aizaki Koi (yes her name is KOI not Ren 😆 ) who finds out that apparently she has this grandpa who is the principal of an all boys school. Since her parents are abroad in some foreign country (what else is new) she is told to transfer to this school…and then it will become a co-ed school! But! Since she is the first female there, she of course becomes this huge idol and you have to play mini games to “earn fans” and do “fanservice” for them 😆 I guess if you don’t have enough fans your favorite bishie will not look your away oh noes. So she transfers to the male dorm with her 2 nukos Mii and Nyaa (possibly the best part of the game) and her room is right next to all the guys so they can be her knights in shining armor. Sadly the biggest turn off for this game for me was…cousincest. I don’t care how distant or close cousins they are, it’s still incest to me yuck. Playing the game though I forcefully put this information out of my mind so I could at least 萌え~ during the cute scenes lol. Spoilers ahead 😎 Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Himehibi -Princess Days-“
Otome Game Review: Hakuoki ~Zuisouroku~
This is the Hakuoki fandisk. Basically it gives you the opportunity to see some “extra scenes” inserted into some parts of the previous game. You also get extra CGs with your man of choice. Additionally you get a chance to get with guys you couldn’t get with in the original game XD. Each route was fairly short and as a completion reward you’d get a deredere letter from the guy to you telling about how much he loves you etc XD Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Hakuoki ~Zuisouroku~”
Otome Game Review: Hakuoki ~Shinsengumi Kitan~
So after being incredibly late on the bandwagon, I decided to play Hakuoki (PS2 version). I saw the first season of the anime which helped me understand a bit of what’s going on but I can safely say the game is much better. For one thing, all the guys acknowledge Chizuru as a girl right off the bat so there’s no “gay intonation” crap that the anime pulled out of its ass ( ´_ゝ`). Seriously DEEN this isn’t a BL game why act like its a BL anime? Anyway the story is basically about the rise & fall of the Shinsengumi so without even having to spoil you guys…EVERYBODY DIES \( ^o^)/ Additionally I’d like to call this game ROID RAGE. I mean let’s face it, they all take this “Steroid water” which gives them incredible strength but then destroys their bodies and makes them go insane. It fits perfectly! 😆 With that in mind, more stuff after the jump! Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Hakuoki ~Shinsengumi Kitan~”
