Toujou Hibari is an ojousama and the heir to the Toujou group. She’s 17 years old but her grandpa is saying that the relatives are rushing to get her politically married. Since grandpa loves his grand-daughter, he wants her to marry ~for love~ so he specially picks out 4 guys for her to live with in a temporary house so she can pick the one to marry. Unfortunately her options are a marriage swindler, a gambling addict, a loan machine and well a male prostitute. All of them are unemployed bums and now Hibari is in living hell with them, along with her trusty long time butler Kasuga. However, as Hibari spends more time with these guys, there is more to them than meets the eye.
Title sounds like a light novel mouthful which means “If there is a god in this world then…” The title itself is pretty ironic at the things that go down in the story but that was probably Rejet’s intention. The story starts when Kurumi Haruka, a lonely high school girl is forced to be part of the school field trip committee with 4 guys. All 5 of them receive letters one day from “themselves” that have a strange “wish” written on it. None of them have any idea what’s going on until a series of strange incidents begin happening around them. To find the true plot of the game, massive spoilers after the jump. If you plan to play this I suggest just skipping to my final thoughts at the bottom. If you do decide to read the spoilers, be warned, this isn’t for the faint of heart. Also warning: lots of text walls. Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Moshi, Kono Sekai ni Kamisama ga Iru to Suru Naraba.”
It’s year 2085, and our heroine Sendou Futaba has just transferred to Akizuki high school. On her first day though, she’s tricked into joining the superpower club. The club has been suspended due to an assault incident at a competition 2 years ago and with all the other members leaving, they are in dire need of recruits. Due to a personal incident in the past, Futaba just wanted to hide her superpowers and attend school like an average student….unlike her mother who is one of the most powerful superpower users in the world. Angry that she was fooled to join the club, Futaba wants to ragequit but they beg her to stick around for at least the preliminary round. It’s not until then, that she’s forced to reveal her embarrassing power: Trigger Kiss – a power which allows Futaba to power up her allies by kissing them. (*´∀｀)
Yaotome Rei is about to start her first year of high school but she didn’t get into the school she wanted. The reason is her middle school senpais wasted her time with studying too much or slacking off too much and she ended up failing all her entrance exams. The only school that accepts her is a school that takes in the most disappointing students in all of Japan. Rei decides she’ll try her best anyway until she finds out that the school’s gonna be shut down mid year because the principal is also an idiot 😆 The principal says that the only way to save the school from getting shut down is to…..fall in love! By showing that the school is full of raburabu couples, apparently they will get a large sum of money (probably because Japan’s birth rate is abysmally low www). Now it’s up to Rei to find the man of her dreams, but unfortunately she only has a bunch of losers to choose from.
And so this is the 2nd party set of characters from your videogame! As usual our heroine ends up inside of it due to a “bug” but this time, a video game god comes out and tells her the bug excuse is all a coverup! If you complain to the programmers they’ll just lie out their ass and say that this is a bonus stage working as intended! ＼( ^o^)／ Our colorful cast this time includes a Paladin tank, a support/healer Dancer, and our 2 DPS’s Monk and Beastmaster!
