So even though I got my Wii last week I was stuck playing Wii golf until today when the game finally came 🙄 Anyway since JP wasn’t home I decided to start on story mode or whatnot with Hana.

Bright Shadow Game Notes & Gripes
Since there’s really no English resource anywhere for Bright Shadow I guess my blog will have to be it for now. (Hopefully one day some company will pick this game up but who knows maybe it’s too expensive??) While playing BS for the past 2 weeks I learned a lot of new things and game mechanics which I figured I’d share instead of trying to explain them to you guys in game in the little chat box 😕
Pangya US site finally up
Well I waited all day Thursday but it was midnight EST time and it still wasn’t up so I went to bed. No offense to Ntreev, but this isn’t exactly the best first impression I am getting of the company. Promising to release the site on a certain date then releasing it in the very last hours of that date? 🙄 Whatever.
Now that the site is up, it’s quite obvious we’re in season 3. This basically puts Pangya US on the same level as GOA, save for a few lottery items. Since we’re still in S3, I hope they at least a) fix the guild chat b) add tourney awards collection (as in like best speeder, best driver etc.) and c) split up the servers properly (one for sellers, one for tourneys, one for vs) but that’s probably wishful thinking.
The only thing I want right now is for my super swing golf 2 for the wii to arrive in the mail (time to complain to Newegg) because my excitement for US Pangya sorta died now. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t even think they will transfer our accounts anymore. Hopefully I’m proven wrong.

Bright Shadow Weekly Update 3/10
This week’s BS update is another lottery update. I don’t do the lottery thing anymore but I do enjoy looking at the screenshots to see what the new designs are. I do think this time they are quite hideous. It’s not the China Dress that I dislike per say, but it’s the gold & brown design that makes me want to puke rainbows.
What really bothers me is the “other” items that you can win are things that only last for x amount of days. Like “panda doll” weapon, only lasts 30 days. Come on really? I also noticed items like “Wing of Phoenix” which is used to resurrect the dead as well as scrolls that move you to St. Meteor or St. Ryu (or whaever it’s called). This confirms my suspicions that there are no “return to home point” items in this game in addition to no “resurrect” items that can be bought/obtained by normal non cash shop means. This is probably the “worst” thing that I’ve seen in this game and since the fields are all pretty close together, and there are teleporters to multiple areas.
