So while I generally stay away from mobile games lately (and any I try don’t last more than a week) I’ve been kinda addicted to Nier Reincarnation which just got released in Japan last week. I figured I’d do a brief overview of the system and how it works and touch upon the obvious gacha rates 😂😂
And so finishing up my May of Final Fantasy I bring you my Lightning Returns review! As usual spoilers ahead! Also fortunately unlike the last disaster, I actually really enjoyed this game so there isn’t gonna be that much rage 😂
This is now the WORST Final Fantasy game I have ever played so this review ain’t gonna be pretty. Therefore, if you actually enjoyed this game, I suggest turning away now because it’s just gonna be a diarrhea of reasons why I think this game is terrible. As we learned in the past, most stories that feature time travel and time paradoxes never end well.
So in continuing to clear out my STEAM backlog I have moved on to the FF13 trilogy! Starting with the first game the adventures of badass gunswordswoman Lightning and her band of sidekicks try to save their floating ant farm in the sky. As usual, spoilers ahead!
I’ve taken a break from an MMO to play an RPG har har and so I’m going through my STEAM backlog which consists of mostly single player Final Fantasy games I bought on sale a while back. I actually began this game back in November of last year but FF14 updates kept me busy and I ended up dropping the game…until now! Unfortunately because of this I completely forgot what the hell actually happened in the story and I pretty much just stumbled my way through the rest of the game on EZ mode by increasing my stats/gil to max just to see the rest of the scenario. 😂
