Welp I got what I wanted so I guess I’m done now lol. The dragon hats change hair styles for some characters like Cecilia, Lucia, Arin, Hana and Nuri. They basically get the hair style from either the 2011 swimsuits or the Wiz City sets. Kinda lame that other characters’ hair doesn’t change though.
