I must be high to play another game by Datam/Polystar after this disaster but CURIOSITY GOT THE BEST OF ME. 😆  Our heroine Yuri, who is a rabid yaoi fangirl, is pissed off that she’s not as good looking as her twin brother Kairi. They find a wishing stone and then Yuri picks it up wishing she was a sexy beast…but then she drops the stone and breaks it. About 18 days later, on September 1st she starts her new school life with Kairi, but one morning they find that stone she broke back on top of her bed. When Yuri touches the stone, she and her brother end up switching bodies (:.oﾟзﾟo:.).:∵ぶっ　While her brother isn’t too happy being a girl, our heroine Yuri can’t wait to spend her time being a bishounen and yaoi it up with some dudes. The body switching seems to be on and off and so the twins’ adventures begin!

First thing you gotta do is the bad end where Yuri (in Kairi’s body) goes to some night club because she sees Henry taking Kousuke there and her yaoi fangirl-dar triggers. While at the club, she switches bodies and returns to her own body running back to the night club to get poor Kairi out. When she brings him home he’s drunk and has kiss marks all over his body from god knows who 😆 The next morning they wake up and they’re back to normal and that’s where you begin your routes. Most likely if this was the PC version, this is probably where you’d branch off into the BL addon..oh well not that I’d know (or care to find out 🙄 )

Kakizaki Rou –  Rou seems to have an attraction towards Kairi and Yuri can tell even when she’s not in her brother’s body 😆 He also admits to being a mothercon and likes to collect watches. At first he spends a lot of time with Kairi but eventually after the amusement park date he starts asking Yuri to assist him with various student council duties. If you don’t help him out with stuff, it instantly goes to bad end where Ikumi finds out about the broken wishing stone and then turns into Miku who’s her 2nd personality lol (i.e. jekyll & hyde.) She then tells the twins to go fuck themselves and then turns back to Ikumi. So then it turns out that Ikumi and Rou are cousins and their families have been marrying within the family to keep the miko blood going for protecting that wishing stone. Due to all the incest marriages though, there were a lot of birth defects, and that’s why Rou has a weak body. He then wanted to free Ikumi from the fate of having to marry within the family, by refusing to marry her, but her wish was always to be a miko for that stone. Rou then tells Yuri that the body switching happened with the stone to others in the past and that in about 3 days the body switching should permanently stop. So then Miku proceeds to go nuts and sexually harrasses poor Kairi at the school festival, and says that Ikumi is never coming back. BAD END!

Soo anyway if you actually help Rou with his work, we find out that Rou hates green peas. He’s got so many fangirls that they had to make a rule to not interrupt with student council work, and in addition to that he never attends the school festival or all the fangirls will just drop what they’re doing and mob him. One day Jake and Satoru tell Yuri that Rou’s been working to hard and they want him to take a break so they ask her to make him drink a can of coffee which contains sleep medicine and he instantly gets knocked out. One day when the twins help Rou out and when they try to rescue a cat out of a tree, he finds out that they change bodies. He then tells them that they will soon stop changing bodies but he won’t give them the details of why. At the school festival the fangirls rip off the butler suits from Satoru & Rou and they have to run away half naked. So after the school festival Rou admits to Yuri that he’s in love with Kairi (:.oﾟзﾟo:.).:∵ぶっ and has been ever since he saw them at the wishing stone in August. So then Kairi bursts in the room and is like STICK IT IN MY POOPER! And so yea BL end 😆 Yuri’s like “shit I don’t get a happy end but oh well BL end…imokwiththis.jpg” ﾌﾟｯ(※థэథ)∵.*.∵ Lmfao SO RANDOM or maybe not… xD Anyway that was the “good” end lol. In the true end, Rou asks Kairi to dance with him in the classroom after the festival, and then he asks her to be by his side. Meh lol not even a kiss CG, oh well I shouldn’t expect much from this bootleg BL game XD;;.

Sakuma Satoru – Satoru’s the other student council guy who is often watching the front gate. For some reason in the beginning of his route Yuri keeps running into situations where it looks like he’s got some passionate BL relationship with Jake sensei. Satoru likes Katsudon and all of Yuri’s yaoi fangirl waves pretty much fly under his radar. He compares himself to a border colly because he needs a ton of physical activity daily or he’s not satisfied. Additionally he’s got 2 younger siblings and his family runs an animal hospital. Turns out Satoru’s got hard core BL vibes for Rou instead and then he asks Yuri of all people “is it weird that I like men!??!” ﾌﾟｯ(※థэథ)∵.*.∵ If you tell him he’s a weirdo, then you will only get Satoru’s best ending. At the school festival they tell Satoru that they switch bodies and he’s like “oh no wonder you acted weird.” After they do all the student council work, Satoru goes to the haunted house with Yuri but he keeps laughing at all the monsters whose outfits are made out of curtains from the principal’s office. Then he’s like ( ﾟ∀ﾟ)ｱﾊﾊ八八ﾉヽﾉヽﾉヽﾉ ＼ / ＼/ ＼ when they run into Rou dressed in a bar waitress outfit xDDD. Afterwards Satoru & Yuri go into an empty classroom where he confesses and says he likes her and she’s shocked cause she was hoping for a BL ending. He tells her that he’s pretty stubborn and that he’ll do whatever it takes to get her to like him back. In Satoru’s good end he gets confessed to by some kouhai and Yuri sees it all with her BL-dar but he begs her not to tell anyone 😆 They then dance at the campfire at the end of the festival and Satoru tells her that dating Rou would be a problem so he’s decided to switch teams and use Yuri to help him lol. Oh well I guess she doesn’t care cause if he cheats on her and yaois it up with some guy she’ll just wanna watch probably. Meh Satoru was a bit too dumb for me and it was obvious he was kinda gay for Rou to begin with lol.

Tajima Kousuke – Kousuke is the twins’ childhood friend and he’s obviously had a crush on Yuri since forever. Sadly I don’t know what the creators were thinking when they cast Takahashi Hiroki to voice this shota. He played baseball in elementary school but because his dead grandpa liked basketball, in middle school he joined the basketball team and has been playing it ever since. Since Yuri can’t do any household chores, Kousuke often comes over and cooks for her when Kairi’s too busy with student council activities. In addition to this, Kousuke is also in a band with that idiot Henry, and before their performance she stumbles upon Kousuke changing and drools quietly. Afterwards she watches him singing some 80s song in his 80s looking ripped shirt. One day Yuri finds out that Kousuke plans to go study abroad in France to learn more about music from Henry. When asking him when he’s leaving, Kousuke says in a week because the school year in France begins in September so it’s better to go ASAP. The day before the school festival they accidentally get locked in an equipment shed, and she starts crying saying that Kousuke won’t always “be by her side” because he’s going to France. Fortunately not too soon after, Kairi & Yuri switch bodies and Yuri (in Kairi’s body) runs to get them out. Just then Kousuke’s like “ok wtf ya’ll” and they explain to him about their body switching. At the school festival Kousuke has to wear a maid outfit for their cosplay cafe and Kairi’s like “I wanna try xdressing too…” ﾌﾟｯ(※థэథ)∵.*.∵ They then dance at the campfire together and he promises that he’ll see her again and seals the promise with a kiss. (*´ω｀*) In the epilogue, Yuri flies to France to see Kousuke, and he takes her to a church where he puts a wedding veil on her head. He promises to love her forever and says that until they can be together to use this as their “engagement promise”. Dawww it was so stupid but adorable (*´ｪ(*´ｪ(*´ｪ(*´ｪ｀*)ｪ｀*)ｪ｀*)ｪ｀*)ｽﾍﾟｼｬﾙﾎﾟｯ♪ In Kousuke’s good end, it’s just a different POV CG of them dancing at the campfire. He tells her that next time he comes back to Japan to become a better woman so he’ll wanna take her back to France with him.. Lol somehow it feels like Kousuke’s the only true route of the game.. xD

Henry Duvalier – Henry is the annoying French guy who’s the school chef as well as a musician in a band with Kousuke. He’s like gay for like every guy he meets so everytime he runs into Yuri he tells her to GTFO because he only wants little boys to violate. He speaks in this annoying as shit accent, ie Yoh’s dad in Starry Sky, and doesn’t help that HE’S ALSO VOICED BY MIDORIKAWA ARGH ( .;´;_ゝ;｀:,);ﾞ;｀;:ﾞ;｀;:ﾔﾒﾃﾖ. Anyway Henry is pretty stupid and annoying but he does try to show to Yuri that Miku is really her best friend Ikumi. At the band practice scene, this time instead of running into a half naked Kousuke, Yuri runs into Henry and some other band member yaoing it up (ok he was actually like adjusting a cramped muscle or some shit but IT LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE GETTING IT ON YO.) Yuri even admits that she likes hanging around Henry cause she gets to see BL thanks to him XDDD. Despite them constantly arguing with each other, they’re actually both like each other and Henry even offers Yuri a love potion to use for herself. At the school festival they play live wack a mole and then he prepares a special dinner for her because I guess he got tired of chasing little boys. The best end has him licking cake off Yuri’s nose or something and apparently that’s when they began dating wut. In the epilogue, somehow they’re all raburabu and Henry says he wants to “eat” her. Lol okay then. In the good end, during the campfire dance Yuri helps Henry with some cooking and then he tells her that they’ll be cooking AND dancing in the kitchen. 🙄 I don’t know man Henry was just this gay pedo gaijin dude and out of nowhere he suddenly likes, x that, LOVES Yuri despite constantly saying she’s not a “lady”? Gah the entire route just grated my ears. If I ever have to hear Midorikawa voicing some foreigner again ima throw a desk (ノ｀Д´)ノ彡┻━┻

Jake Kanzaki the 3rd – Jake is from the UK so he’s also the English teacher at the school. When sneaking into his office one day Yuri finds a sketch of some naked mans. I do like Jake’s thinking that “why do Japanese teachers just make students copy & study word for word instead of actually LEARNING the material” 😆 YOU TELL THEM JAKE. In this route, the twins go to the beach with Ikumi and they run into Jake there as well. While they chat, Yuri finds out that Jake has a “room mate” that he stayed at the beach house all night with and her yaoi fangirl dar strikes so she follows him to the beach house. Yuri then comes up on a scene where it looks like Jake is with some dude making out on some beach rocks and she starts drooling wishing she had a camera. The next day Yuri finds out from Jake that the friend of his is an old college friend who is ill and doesn’t have much time left to live. She then finds out later that day that his parents don’t give a flying poo about him and were too busy with their jobs so he was mostly raised by his grandparents. So some years later his stupid parents had another child, Hue, who looked a lot like Rou. His parents loved Hue a lot more than Jake, which made him really jealous. When he asked why his parents treated him worse it’s because Jake was actually the child of a surrogate mother because his mom was told she couldn’t get pregnant. That’s why to them Hue was their “true” child because he was born from the mother rather than just sperm of the father. By the time Jake was in high school he’d only ever come to his house once a year and after he graduated college he decided to cut off all ties with his family. When he came back to London he found out that when he left his home, Hue went on a motorcyle after him but got into an accident and died.

After that his parents blamed Jake for it saying they wished he would have died instead. So yea ever since then Jake’s like “fuck u all”….well I don’t blame the poor guy honestly. (´･ω･`；)　In Jake’s good ending, Rou finds out about Jake’s sketchbook and rages thinking that Jake’s gay for him until Yuri gets there saying that the picture isn’t Rou but Jake’s brother Hue. Just then Jake reveals that he knows that Yuri is inside of Kairi’s body and she agrees to tell him the truth. He then emos about how every day he keeps thinking about his brother’s death and keeps feeling guilty but Yuri tells him that he needs to move on and think about himself. At the school festival the twins and Jake decide to bury a time capsule together and Jake puts the sketchbook inside. Jake asks Yuri to dance with him for the campfire but it looks gay as hell because Yuri is still in Kairi’s body 😆 In Jake’s best ending, he tells Yuri that he called his parents in England and told them all his feelings about how much of a shit family they were to him. He then hugs and thanks Yuri….who is in Kairi’s body…lol sigh. AND THEN HE KISSES HER IN HER BROTHERS BODY SO IT LOOKS LIKE BL NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT…I KNOW YURI’S INSIDE THERE AND HES LIKE “I DONT CARE WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE” BUT LOL NO MATTER WHAT ITS LIKE BL…OMG HE’S EVEN  STICKING HIS TONGUE IN THERE　(:.oﾟзﾟo:.).:∵ぶっ Lmfao why is the best ending SEMI BL asfhfsf lol. In the epilogue, Yuri in her own body, goes to the new year’s shrine visit with Jake. He then tells her that he wants her to visit England with him some day and at the shrine they both wish to be together forever. Gah it’s so frustrating that Jake’s route is actually pretty decent and interesting but ALL OF HIS CGS ARE SO GAY. Every CG is either of him and some dude or him and KAIRI’S BODY (I don’t give a fack if Yuri’s inside there.) SFSFsafaf what a waste TAT. It’s shit like this which makes me be like “y u no make this a BL game in the first place”. Maybe this is what the Amazon japan reviews were raging about lol.

Sonoda Yuuki – Yuuki’s the PS2 only character and when I first saw him on the game cover I personally thought it was a girl…so I guess that makes him the game’s official 男の娘. He calls Henry his teacher, because he learns cooking from him although he’s pretty terrible at it. He’s annoying and aggravating and often gets lost until Yuri finds him and he’s like crying going ONEECHAAAMMAAA. Yuri can’t hold back her yaoi fangirl urges so when she gets the opportunity, while in Kairi’s body, she totally jumps on Yuuki and pins him down on the floor. Realizing what she’s done she feels so ashamed she gets off and feels guilt stabbing at her heart ｱｯﾋｬｯﾋｬ!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉｱｯﾋｬｯﾋｬ! So then they get chased around by one of Yuuki’s servants (since he’s a rich bocchama son of a famous chef) and they end up running all over the place finally ending up at Club SAB. When they finally run into Henry, he explains that he will not take Yuuki as his pupil because his cooking is so fucking terrible, his shota love was broken into pieces.  One night Yuuki bumps into Yuri, who went out to buy toothpaste, and he cries that his father wants him to be a Japanese chef while Yuuki wants to cook French food like Henry. In Yuuki’s good end, his servant Takimura asks Yuri to stop hanging out with Yuuki because it’s troublesome for their family. This of course doesn’t really do much since Yuuki then asks Yuri to walk around the school festival with her.

The day before the festival Yuuki comes crying to her about how Takimura is going to leave their household and so the twins help Yuuki find him and then he bawwws into Takimura’s arms. After a bunch of don’t leave meeee’s Takimura falls for the shota trap and says he won’t leave after all. (　´_ゝ`) Well then. At the school festival Takimura and Yuri are now rivals for Yuuki’s affection while he’s his usual oblivious self. In Yuuki’s best end, Yuri tells Takimura off saying that Yuuki sucks at cooking and shouldn’t be forced to become a washoku chef like his father. Takimura’s like (;ﾟдﾟ)ｪ… and then apologizes for his rude request to her and backs off. After the school festival, Yuuki tells Yuri that he decided he will follow in his father’s footsteps and one day make Yuri his waifu. In the epilogue, Yuuki finally makes his first edible bento for Yuri and they both eat it together. Eugh god was that an earbleed fest to sit through. The VA for this guy also voiced Kurt in Beastmaster but here he sounded 100000x more irritating. It didn’t help that Yuuki was basically like every loli character in every eroge ever, with his whole “Yuri oneechama~!” and “daiissuki!” and “waaaahhh boku desuuu” FSHJSLJKS SHUT UP AND DIE IN A FIRE ( ಠ益ಠ ) omg man if this is the character you would buy the PS2 version for I’d strongly recommend against it unless you like 耳レイプ. Didn’t help either that Yuuki LOOKED LIKE A GIRL, DRESSED LIKE A GIRL and actually being physically smaller than Yuri didn’t help break this image. Sigh, I kinda want those 3 hours of my life back now (　´_ゝ`).

Houjou Ikumi – Ikumi is Yuri’s best friend, and someone that Kairi’s had a crush on for some time. She’s a rich ojousama who seems all proper and shit but in reality she’s a dirty hentai, who steals Kairi’s photos and peeks at him while he’s showering. 😆 Not only that but her inner desire to be a dirty ho turns her into her dual personality Miku, who looks like a dominatrix and prolly screwed every guy at Club SAB. Sadly for Ikumi, she has no memories of what Miku does and is shocked to find hickeys all over her body in the morning. So Ikumi’s route pretty much goes the same path as her bad ending that I did in Rou’s route. The difference is at the school festival Yuri tells Miku that if she’s gonna be a dirty whore, she won’t be her friend and won’t go shopping or eating parfaits with her anymore. So of course instead of Kairi’s confession to Ikumi, Yuri’s threat instead turns Miku back into Ikumi. Power of yuri saves the day! (pun intended.) So then Ikumi says she’ll do her best to become the guarding maiden for that stone and Kairi’s like “noo but then you can’t get married!” and she’s like “that’s okay I’ll always be by Yuri’s side”. LOL POOR SHOTA SHOT DOWN FOR LES END. SIGH THIS GAME. I’m disappointed honestly as I was hoping for an Ikumi x Kairi end =_=. Silly of me to think this game would actually have more than 1 decent route.

In the extra story omake Yuri goes to sneak into Kousuke’s bedroom while he’s sleeping (naked for some reason) but then she switches bodies and when she runs back, she finds Kousuke now sleeping next to her brother….in a yaoi manner. SIGH THIS GAME. The other omakes are Henry and Jake being “tsukkomi gaijins” and then a story where Takimura is worried about Yuuki’s relationship with Yuri and then they BL it up in the taxi home. Meh whatever.

It’s strange because I thought this game would be epically hilarious with the whole yaoi fangirl bit but in the end it was just a yaoi game in disguise. They were right to add a BL disk on to this because they knew who their audience was. This is NOT AN OTOME GAME. The only really decent otome route was probably Kousuke the rest is I don’t even. Even when you had a route that was decently otomeish – they put the heroine into the brother’s body and it looked like a giant yaoi fest anyway. 🙄 I admit I did laugh at first with the body switching and all the BL-dar jokes but things pretty much went downhill once I had to deal with Henry, Yuuki and Ikumi (　´_ゝ`).  I honestly am shocked there’s no twincest ending seeing how they had yaoi, yuri, shotas etc. As expected of Datam/Polystar this game was full of pretty good seiyuus forced to act out in a poorly drawn and poorly written bootleg otome game. The whole body switching as a plot actually seems like a lot of fun & I might have been more forgiving if I actually liked BL I guess….but as an otome gamer, no thank you. ( ಠ_ಠ )

Actually I suppose if naked & half naked shotas are your thing then you might actually enjoy this game a lot regardless….
