So the XXX stands for kiss kiss kiss rather than porn…I don’t think they thought about their naming idea all the way through 😆 So anyway fandisk time! There are some positives over the last game. The CG quality has improved (slightly) and the choices are no longer timed. The cutouts in the dialogue box match the standing ones in the middle now too. Unfortunately there’s only about 24 CGs total and they completely removed the heroine’s voice. Bummer. That means I can’t go multi tasking or I miss half the dialogue ┐(‘～`；)┌

So the basic story is that Rumina’s father has died of some disease and the 2 twins, Edios and Michael have died in battle. One day she goes on some scavenger adventure with Pelmo and opens a Pandora’s box. From there comes out a ghost who takes over Pelmo’s body and tells her that he can revive any people who did not die of natural causes. She doesn’t listen to the full rules of his contract and agrees to revive both Michael and Edios. Unfortunately this causes everyone to forget that she’s the Queen or who she is period. Instead Michael becomes King and Rumina finds herself running around the castle hoping for someone to recognize her face.

Ashray – So since Ash is head over heels for Rumina, he’s the only one who remembers her. He gets massive migraines forcing him to try and forget her but he is able to overcome them with his willpower. For a while he lets her stay in his room and everyone just assumes she’s his lover. His migraines get so bad she feels guilty so she decides to leave him. She runs off to that Wander Hill bawwing and suddenly the entire place gets set on fire. She is then saved by Ash who confesses his love to her and makes out with her …with flaming burning in the background. (What is it with this game and fire? 😐 ) At the end they decide to leave St. Foria and Ash tells her that even if he forgets her, he’ll always be by her side. The end. (　´_ゝ`) There was a cute scene of them cuddling in bed together – but sadly we didn’t get a CG. I don’t know if I should be happy that a bad CG didn’t ruin the mood, or sad that we didn’t get one period. It’s a pity that in all other routes Ash continues to basically say how he loved Rumina or that Rumina is really “his type” but I felt like he gets really screwed over in his route. He spent most of it babbling about how he’ll never forget her or banging his head against a wall due to his migraines. Sigh.

Pelmo – Pelmo doesn’t actually remember her, but he’s shocked that she knows things like how many teaspoons of sugar he puts into his tea – so he starts to believe what she is saying. She tries to prove herself to him by answering various questions. He lets her stay in his room while she calls him Sensei and helps him clean up his room. She also then does some research on spirits in order to try to figure out what happened with the whole thing about his body being taken over by that ghost. During this time Pelmo starts to realize that she makes his 胸 go きゅん and he starts falling in love with Rumina. They continue searching for books to try to find more stuff about her past, and while he’s doing research she makes him some crappy onigiri. While she’s sitting reading on his couch he asks that “if you nobody ever regains their memories of you…will be my wife..” but sadly she falls asleep before he can finish XD. Poor Pelmo TAT. They find a way to get the memories back but Pelmo starts having 2nd thoughts when he realizes that this “relationship” he has with Rumina will end. He takes the charm to restore memories, and runs refusing to give it to her until they run to the Wander Hill. He tells her that he’s fallen in love with her and she yells that he’s just being selfish. Then Ash shows up saying she’s selfish not thinking of what feelings Pelmo’s had towards her while helping her find the way to restore everyone’s memories. Pelmo decides to give her the charm and while she “breaks” the piece of paper she kisses him saying she likes him too. When everyone’s memories are restored, Ash is like (　 Д )　ﾟ　ﾟ and Pelmo says he’ll never forget his feelings for her and kisses her again. (*´ω｀*) He says he will take the historian exam so that he can become one which will also give him the right to be able to marry her in the future. Much better end than Ash’s. Why does poor Ash keep getting screwed over T_T.

Laious – I love how this route starts out with Rumina hiding in his room without him noticing as he begins stripping naked 😆 I guess the last game’s ending for him doesn’t come into play as he’s still obnoxious and isn’t blind. So anyway Rumina ends up becoming his maid 😆 and helps him pick out his daily clothing. For some reason he starts calling her Sarah too （ಠ_ಠ）. He makes her do silly things like spoon feed him and blow on the hot spoon before telling him to go “aa~n!” Admittedly it was all kind of cute (*´ω｀*). He finds a pair of rings with both his and Rumina’s names on them. He says he doesn’t know who Rumina is but feels like she’s important to him. Rumina is afraid to tell him her real name and the next day he gets a really high fever. Turns out he’s actually lovesick for Rumina lol. He then has this stupid contest to see which girl will marry him (like who wants to be a millionaire or something) and Rumina of course wins…even though she’s not even a participant lol. For some reason the next day she decides to leave him and when he wakes up he panics because she’s gone. She leaves him a letter saying who she really is and then gives him some stupid reasoning about how she’s not fit for him because she’s a plain person now and not the queen of St. Foria. Lol drama. 🙄 When the REAL maid Sarah shows up, Laious realizes that the other Sarah was actually Rumina. Suddenly Laious feels the “red string of fate” attached to his finger and he runs to find Rumina who’s at the airport. Yes apparently they have airports and horse drawn carriages. Rumina suddenly sees this magical red string attached to her finger too and they embrace! (Too bad Laious’ face went back to being QUALITY.) After he kisses her suddenly his memory is restored. So much for story consistence I guess ┐(‘～`；)┌　So unfair, Ash has to live with eternal migraines but this guy is just SMOOCH and problem solved!

Shion – In Shion’s route he’s pretty hardass as usual but then he finally dere’s and lies to the guards saying that she’s his secretary…so she becomes his secretary 😆 He calls her his lady luck because he’s had good things happen to him ever since she began working for him. He’s so happy with her that at one point he almost kisses her in his room until Michael cockblocks them (　´_ゝ`). They go to some ball together where she asks him to dance, much to his dismay, but he agrees. He kisses her there and tells her he loves her. He asks her to sing for him and then before we know it apparently he’s knocked her up 😆 While he’s stands there planning out their wedding ceremony out loud, Rumina passes. Apparently Rumina has heart failure and only has now 6 months to live. Shion tells her that her life can be saved with a heart transplant but she cries and says she’s scared and then runs out of the hospital 😕 Wtf girl. Maybe she’d rather die I dunno lol. Anyway he finally convinces her to do the surgery and wants to take her to Shinorekia after the surgery goes well. Finally a donor appears but it’s a trap and so there’s no actual heart donor. He gets into a fight which leaves him close to death. It’s now or never so Shion begs Ash to “protect” Rumina from now on and asks to be the heart donor for her. When Rumina’s surgery goes well and she has the baby, they say “Shion” is waiting for her on the hill. She runs only to find Ash who tells her that Shion is no longer alive. What the fuck man (ﾉಥ益ಥ）ﾉ 彡┻━┻ It’s like Yume wa Mou Ichido all over again! (ﾉಥ益ಥ）ﾉ 彡┻━┻

Gils – She begs him to let her into his room to escape the guards. When one runs in she asks him to help and he lies and says that she’s his girlfriend. He doesn’t ask her who she really is and says he believes her based on the look in her eyes. He takes her to his secret house out in the commoners area so that the guards don’t try looking after her in the castle again. Apparently in his secret house he takes care of some orphaned kids and brings them food and some other stuff. He asks her to stay there and take care of the kids when he’s out. She agrees since she has nowhere to go and she ends up teaching them stuff like how to write as well. Gils also ends up coming by every single day, more often than before. One day he asks if she’ll be there with him forever and she says yes. He then admits that he likes her and has fallen in love at first sight because he felt it was destiny! ＼( ^o^)／ Silly but I guess we’ll roll with it since his confession was kinda cute. They have a celebration party for the occasion and the kids say that the 2 of them should kiss. Anyway he gets into some fight with Shion and he gets thrown in prison. She goes to visit him and while there he gives her a kiss. Anyway he goes on trial for like a million crimes or something so then Rumina goes to try to break in to save him. She manages to get in and find Gils but it was all a trap set by Shion.　Rumina then tells Shion that she’s the queen of Shumal but Shion laughs saying that Michael is the King. As he pulls out his gun to shoot them somehow all their memories come back and they’re like “wtf bbq”. Anyway they go back to his shack with the kids and have another celebratory party where the kids once again tell them to kiss lol. The kids finally give them some privacy and they finally make out.

Edios – In this route she ends up running around without any money and gets accused of being a thief for stealing some apple to eat. They start throwing rocks and eggs at her out of rage until Elizabeth saves her. She takes her to her room and washes her clothes. She runs into Edios one day in the library and freaks out calling him Edios. He’s not sure what she is talking about but when she talks to Elizabeth about this, she finds out his name is now Ruin. He is also Elizabeth’s fiance that was decided by her parents, but Rumina tells her that she’s loved “edios” forever and was surprised he came back under a different name (since he had died in war.) She goes to talk to him again and he tells her that he’s lost his memories and Elizabeth has helped him recover and regain some of his memories. Rumina tries to tell him that he’s Edios and that they did stuff in the back and asks him to remember everything and save her. Edios claims that he’s Ruin and Elizabeth’s fiance and nobody else. Edios then finally regains his memories and hugs Rumina saying he loves her too. They go to the Masquerade Ball together and there Edios tells her to forget about “edios” and “elizabeth” and to just see him as a man. He then kisses her and she runs off. One night he sneaks into her room and explains to her that he one day found himself in front of the castle gates. The guards tell him to GTFO and the people of the town were cold to him and threw stones at him too. (Wtf lol) Elizabeth finds him and takes him home (lol she loves taking people home doesn’t she ?) Anyway Edios apologizes to Elizabeth and she apologizes to him as well, for taking advantage of his memory loss. Edios then says he’s Ruin and he’s nobody else that that he will be by her side. He apologizes to Rumina and says he cannot leave Elizabeth because he owes his life to her. Yay guilt. Anyway later on some explosion happens and Elizabeth and Rumina are trapped inside the library with a fire. (What is it with this game and fires!?) Then they start talking in a sea of fire about how Elizabeth stole Rumina’s lover. Seriously don’t be chit chatting and stop, drop and roll! Anyway Edios shows up and I guess the fire sparks the passion in his heart and suddenly he grabs Rumina and is like WE’RE ONE FOREVER! I LOVE YOU!…as the flames burn around them. So then the 2 of them decide to go off somewhere in their own little world. Great. （ಠ_ಠ）

Michael – Of course as usual Michael has no idea who Rumina is but she’s so happy that she’s alive that when she talks to him she just starts bawwing. I guess he feels bad and tells the guards to leave. Rumina then decides to tell him the truth of what really happened. After he confirms that she’s not his blood related sister, he tells her not to call him niisama and instead she calls him Michael-sama. Just like in Laious’ route she becomes basically his maid while she secretly does research with Pelmo to figure out the cause of the memory loss. They got out on a boat ride on the lake but before Michael can confess they got cockblocked by some guards. He calls her to his room that night and while she starts babbling about doing more maidly duties for him he kisses her and tells her he wants her to be his wife. She says she’s loved him all this time and they both start making out – and suddenly Michael cries. I think that’s when he got his memory back and realized what he was doing 😆 Then one day Rumina finds a document that says that if someone regains their memories then it’s possible that balance will be screwed up and that person may disappear. Michael comes in and finds her going through that and asks if she read it – calling her by her middle name Sheidle – which only he’d know if he regained his memories. Anyway he cried because he realized he had died in the past when he regained his memories. The only way to save St. Foria is to destroy the stone, which will then cause Michael to die and save the country. Rumina cries and refuses to do so and says if she’s gonna be miserable she’s taking the world with her. Michael bitchslaps her and tells her it’s her duty as queen. Rumina finally agrees to break the stone but only if she gets to screw him that night 😆 So they do it and then she breaks the stone and the next morning he disappears. St. Foria is saved and then Pelmo one day sees Rumina who is asking Michael to take her with him – while he floats above with angel wings. Sigh. Couldn’t give the guy a happy end but hey Edios got one! So lame.

Mini Games – The mini games were just for fun and to hear the characters say different lines when playing. The card game you basically pick who you want to play cards against. The 2nd game called Hole in Love was where Rumina falls down a hole and ends up in like 2 rooms where she has to find items and use them. I don’t know. I tried to follow 2 guides neither which made any freaking sense to me and I couldn’t get anywhere. Seeing as how this didn’t unlock any new Cgs anyway, I couldn’t care less and I gave up (　´_ゝ`).

So anyway yea thank god I’m done with this crap. Actually this game was the last game this company ever released – which was in 2007. I wonder if the company is like pretty much dead or ready to go out of business after this disaster, not that I’d be surprised. Seems like most of their releases were just male oriented dating sims from the old ages (lol Happy Lesson) so I guess this otome game thing just wasn’t for them? I don’t know what it is with this game and fire. Two characters had scenes where they were hugging/kissing while massive flames burned in the background. Also this is a fandisk. We’re supposed to get fluffy happy shit – why do 2 (of my favorite as usual) of the characters have to die? Also if one character dies in this route because of plot A, why does then character 2 SURVIVE despite plot A and then roll off into his own little plot B? Consistency? WHAT is that? ＼( ^o^)／ I think only Gils had the only really decent/cute ending. Everyone else was just depressing or just WTF (I’m looking at you Edios and Michael.) Anyway I really do love all the seiyuus in this game, but this was just a disaster series. A lot of really cute scenes were really cute up until the actual CG showed up which is sad =_=;. I really don’t recommend this game to anyone unless you just want to listen to the seiyuus talking. In that case, just run the game an auto mode and don’t look at the screen since there’s nothing worth seeing anyway.
