Otome Game Review: Cinderella and the Midnight Bell ~Halloween Wedding~

The story this time takes place from Rosalia’s point of view. It’s actually parallel to 12ji and all the events like the ball happen simultaneously so it would help to read that review before this one. The difference being this time that instead of being involved with Odette and finding out her lawyer is a liar, we basically spend time with Rosalia and all the guys around her. Rosalia becomes a huge siscon for Odette and thinks she’s a cute little doll. To try and earn money, Rosalia works as a baby sitter for some rich lady and her 2 brats. She has a fiance named Linus but I guess she’s not too interested and now it’s up to us to let her explore “other” opportunities in the game ;).

Otome Game Review: Hakuoki Yuugiroku

Whew 2 reviews in 1 day! So while I was busy with TYB on my PC, I needed something to occupy my commute and since the US release of Hakuoki is upon us, I decided to play Hakuoki Yuugiroku. The story is one day Hijikata and Chizuru overhear Itou saying he lost something and so when they split up to look for it, Chizuru is lucky enough to find it. However when she opens up the mystery box, suddenly everyone goes into chibi mode and now Chizuru (and your dude of choice) have to figure out a way to return back to normal. The challenge is, you must successfully pass a bunch of mini games to get to the bottom of things!

Otome Game Review: Sora*Yume

The story is about Mizunaga Satsuki whose parents run some antique item store. One day she finds a ring in the storage room and it turns into some caped dude with a sword through his chest. She pulls the sword out and then he tells her the reason he’s not bleeding is because he’s a demon. She hears this and passes out and hears various ikemans proposing their love to her. She wakes up thinking it was all a dream until she wakes up to the demon-man right in her face. Turns out she’s released the seal of the ring and now he’s looking for the Heliotrope ring and asks Satsuki to help him find & destroy it. The reason is because anyone who puts the ring on will get their wishes granted, but at the expense that the ring will devour their blood until it merges with their body & turns them into a hateful blood sucking vampire. As Satsuki searches for the ring with the help of her tsukaima, she starts to discover many things about herself and the people around her. Skip to my final thoughts to avoid spoilers! Otome Game Review: Real Rode

Now normally the only RPG games I play are the MMO kind so I had almost rage quit this too but  as usual Koori helped me persevere and eventually I had things figured out. I also read Sharakael’s tips on the game so be sure to check those out for more useful information! If you’ve made it through Love Revo, then I can assure you that you can make it through this since essentially the effort is the same – but this game allows you to carry over character levels making each route a lot easier. The story is about our heroine Nina who is playing an otome RPG game (because she’s an otaku apparently) and then one morning she gets sucked into it! So now it’s up to US to play the game for her so she can get out of the land of Rode 😆 The ironic part being of course – Nina has a boyfriend! But what does she do? Get cozy with videogame hunks despite him later falling into the game as well and joining her party! /(^o^)\ナンテコッタイ Warning I’ve included a  guide so this post is going to be long!
