Otome Game Review: Uta no Prince Sama♪ MUSIC

music
Op movie removed cause Broccoli is xenophobic.

So since I was playing love drops on the PS2, I decided to occupy my commute to work by playing another rhythm game. I figured since I just played Project Diva, I’d be pro at UtaPri music right? WRONG.

Otome Game Review: Sora*Yume

The story is about Mizunaga Satsuki whose parents run some antique item store. One day she finds a ring in the storage room and it turns into some caped dude with a sword through his chest. She pulls the sword out and then he tells her the reason he’s not bleeding is because he’s a demon. She hears this and passes out and hears various ikemans proposing their love to her. She wakes up thinking it was all a dream until she wakes up to the demon-man right in her face. Turns out she’s released the seal of the ring and now he’s looking for the Heliotrope ring and asks Satsuki to help him find & destroy it. The reason is because anyone who puts the ring on will get their wishes granted, but at the expense that the ring will devour their blood until it merges with their body & turns them into a hateful blood sucking vampire. As Satsuki searches for the ring with the help of her tsukaima, she starts to discover many things about herself and the people around her. Skip to my final thoughts to avoid spoilers! Otome Game Review: Moujuutsukai to Oujisama ~Snow Bride~

So here’s the fandisk to Beastmaster & Prince :D. Unlike the last fandisk I played fortunately this is full of fanservice for the fans of the game and thankfully nobody important actually dies ( ´_ゝ`). The disk contains 3 sections for each character. The first is another story where Tiana picks who she will go to the ball at Kurt’s castle with. The after story, which is the main dish of the game that continues after the first game’s ending for each guy (but before the epilogues). Then there are bonus omakes for each character called “diaries” where you get to see cute scenes that happened “during the last game” and you also get to pet (and now tickle) your favorite furry friends. 😆 The extras section includes a side story but unfortunately no 4komas this time around. Anyway on to our bishies! Continue reading “Otome Game Review: Moujuutsukai to Oujisama ~Snow Bride~”

Otome Game Review: Last Escort 2 ~Shinya no Amai Toge~

So continuing with my February Escort Month  we’re moving on to #2. I guess D3p realized that LE 1 was just too much torture and LE2 was significantly easier. The obvious things were that you didn’t have to spam the lottery to earn money. You earned money by selling random crap on L-Ebay. You could buy so much crap in 1 route and go into the red but you’d start fresh in the next route, keep all your items and sell them for more money! Yes it’s cheating but it beats lottery spam 😆 After about 4? routes of ebaying my 99 computers and refrigerators I no longer even needed to do this as my 3.5 million would kinda balance out to the same amount every time I started & finished the next route. Additionally you could save at any point! Change options at any point! What a concept! That means if you weren’t playing on an emulator this game wouldn’t make you rage 20 times over. They hired a different artist to draw the guys so everyone’s hotness level instantly went up! Just like with LE1 the music was very jazzy as well and just like with LE1 I’m sad to say there was no music gallery either ( ´_ゝ`). Bummer. Anyway this time the club is still club Gorgeous but our heroine is Andou Serika who is a 20 year old magazine reporter. The new Gorgeous tenchou is now Amane and not Minazuki ;_;. The club also looks less golden and more sleezy. Additionally the game time has been cut from a full year span to only a half year span and they added some mini games to try to entertain (read: enrage) you. Otome Game Review: Moujuutsukai to Oujisama

The story takes place in some European-escue country with our heroine Tiana. Tiana wants to be a pro beast-master like her mother but her mom and dad are always out somewhere so she sadly has to spend most of her time living and training on her own. She has a whistle that she uses to tame most animals so when a tiger gets lose in town she’s able to make it fall asleep with a blow of her whistle. One day while on her way home she runs into some man selling animals for “dinner”. The cage of animals contains a lion, a duck, a wolf and a rabbit – not exactly a 3 course meal here 😆 The animals look sick and tired and she feels sorry for them so she trades her treasured brooch for them. She figured they would be a great way to practice taming some beasts! XD When she gets home she realizes the animals are very tame and it’s almost like they understand everything she is telling them – then finally the lion speaks human language. Tiana is shocked but then finds out that they were originally humans who got cursed and turned into animals. They ask for her cooperation to help them turn back to human and so her adventures begin!
