PangyaBRSEA Update: Self Design & Ghost Mode

Oh well I'm sure we'll get more by the time I get home tonight.

So they implemented Ghost Mode and Self Design. I’ve been looking fwd to self design for a while now….but the most disappointing part is that I cannot sell my works! That’s right, shops are STILL disabled with no ETA when they are coming back. I’ve gone wide, and I cannot go back.

Haha sorry I’m spamming you guys with so many entries lately 😉 (The Japanese Pangya blogs I follow post like 3 things per day so I’m not as bad…) This evening I decided to try the unthinkable – play in 1600 x 900 in window mode. I turned off my windows aero so that I wouldn’t get visual lag and be able to hit Pangya. Not only was I able to hit Pangya, but the graphics were so nice T_T If you click on the screeny above you can see just how large my window was. Sure I can no longer use the power bar method to calc anything, sure my scores are gonna be crappier…but I don’t care. Last week when I was playing in 800 x 600 full screen, I accidentally pressed my keyboard’s start key…Pangya instantly crashed. Basically the moment I’d (even accidentally) alt tab out of the game in full screen, the game goes kaput. With window mode, that will never happen. I will no longer be restricted to only running pangya. I will be able to alt tab and open other windows without Pangya dying on me.

Best of all….it looks so pretty!! Yea that’s probably the best part 😆 Oh well, here’s to a new gaming experience!

lukofig Apparently this guy bought the garage kit and painted it. Pretty impressive if I say so myself. I wonder if it will ever be sold mainstream. I bet every Pangya player in Japan would purchase it 😆 At this rate, maybe someday we’ll see a Pangya anime too…they already have a pretty famous cast voicing the clubs. Why not?

So because of the American swimsuit event, I am going to be hosting a private tourney for all my friends & blog readers tonight (so we can avoid hackers, spammers and just have a good time :D). Tourney details are as follows:

Time Start: 6:30PM EST // 3:30PM PST // 6:30AM Singapore // 11:30PM UK // 8:30AM Melbourne
Time End: Around 9PM EST
Course duration: 30 min per tourney
Type: Shuffle

Ok I think I got every country that I know the majority of my friends are from lol. I know you’re thinking “why only lost seaway” well…I am in desperate need of pang for angel wings for like 4 characters 😆 There’s no set “end time” but I can probably go as late as 9PM EST. You can come & leave any time. If it gets to the point where there’s only 3 people left then we’ll end the tourney for the night. Don’t forget the limit is 30 people so it’s a first come first serve basis. (From past events we’ve never really gone beyond 12 people because of time zone differences though so I don’t think anybody has to worry.)

If this goes well, then I plan to run this on Friday night as well. Hope to see everyone there 🙂
