Hanamaki Ichiko attends university with her childhood friend Hino who joined a “Okunezato Occult Club”. The club leader posts on a forum for everyone to have an offline meetup at the Okunezato and Hino invites Ichiko to come with him to check it out. Ichiko’s older brother Hanate disappeared a year ago after going to the village so she decides to come along in hopes to find clues on his whereabouts. Little does Ichiko know that this isn’t her first trip to Okunezato as well as the dangers and mysteries surrounding the small mountain town. Once she and Hino arrive at the Furinkan inn, they meet up with the rest of the members. After Ichiko takes a part time job at the inn during her stay, she starts to recall memories of her childhood. Major spoilers ahead so please skip to my final thoughts to avoid as usual.

Otome Game Review: Prince Pia♥Carrot
Wow this game took longer than I expected – but mostly because it collided with a new FF14 patch (but honestly what else is new with me?) The story is about our heroine Misaki who with her classmate Kokoro finds a stray kitten near the school grounds. While carrying the kitten home, she bumps into the manager of Prince Pia Carrot – a family restaurant full of ikeman waiters (on a trial period because all the other pia carrots are full of eroge ladies.) The kitten jumps on him breaking all the dishes he bought for the restaurant. Misaki feels bad and to take responsibility, she decides to work there part time along with Kokoro. Her school’s student council pres & vice pres are also on the waiter team and from here Misaki’s restaurant adventures begin.
Galge Review: Ima Sugu Oniichan ni Imouto Datte Iitai! -I wanna say that I’m not your brother right now!-
Well it’s my usual once a year galge time, and after playing the demo, I decided to get the Vita port of ImaImo. Our protagonist Mitani Rikuto has been living with his father for many years after his mother died a while back. Right before starting high school, Rikuto’s father Naoma tells him that he’s remarried and Rikuto will be getting a new step “brother”. No matter how he looks at it, his new “brother” Ayumu looks like a sister and for no good reason has to dress as a girl when going to school. Poor Ayumu just wants to tell her new oniichan, that she’s not his little brother, but his little sister. On the first day of school, Rikuto realizes that Ayumu is the “girl” he fell in love at first sight with during the entrance exam results announcements.
