Ruko brings in a new map

So with a new character comes a new scenario and of course a new map. The official site has opened up the page (need to use internet explorer to view) that shows some monsters and bits & pieces of the story. (All the monsters look like stuff from the 2nd village though ^^; pigs and rabbits again…) They also included images of Ruko’s shop hair styles

I love the one on the very top right with the 2 pig tails. It’s just so cute! The long hair down and the pony tail are nice too. For some reason I just don’t like her default hair style lol (like how I don’t like cromodo’s default hair style >_>) I still haven’t figured out how I’m gonna buy cash for this game…gotta fiddle around with webmoney.

Major scenario bug.

Just wanted to point out the major scenario bug that seems everyone’s encountered. Yes it’s the bug where you’re playing your scenario battle with your 2 AI and you have to press your keyboard like 5 times just to do the damn attack. It’s like some kind of response lag bug and it’s gotten me killed on multiple ocasions unless I smashed my keyboard. I first thought it was my keyboard, but after asking about 4 people who had the same issue I’ve come to the conclusion this is a stupid bug. I know MK Style released a bug list and I read through it and didn’t see it listed (but they had weird bugs like “when your guild reaches level 3 the guild mark will disappear” wut.)

Since this is an obvious mainstream bug I’m hoping enough people reported it that it will be fixed. They actually responded to my support ticket the other day and “deeply apologized” for the crowded servers and said they were working on it. I think the biggest problem is that your characters are tied to a server. Most MMOs I’ve played (except old crap like Ragnarok Online) you can usually hop any server because all the characters are all in 1 database. Here it looks like once you’re in a server, you’re stuck there so even if another server is opened, it’s very unlikely people are going to move to it and abandon all their hard work from the previous server. If they could find a work around for this I think it would make for a better gaming experience…but I somehow don’t forsee that in the near future.

Sucks for those who live in Japan I guess, but the only time this is an issue for me is on Saturday & Sunday mornings 😆

Recommend me a keyboard!

Can someone please recommend me a gaming keyboard? I’ve asked friends on twitter and I’ve googled up reviews on newegg and amazon and I’m pretty much getting a mixed bag. While some people are raving about one, others are raging about it. I’d like to get a broader opinion on this before I make my final decision. I’m really looking for something that especially allows me to jam multiple keys at once and something with programmable macros would be nice. My budget is at $100 so I don’t wanna spend above that. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Otome Game Review: Bloody Call

What do you get when you mix Jingi Naki Otome with Full Metal Alchemist? You get this otome game 😆 I was honestly surprised at the similarities but it turned out to be an excellent story and being an all ages game, there was no unnecessary rape (*ノﾟДﾟ)八(*ﾟДﾟ*)八(ﾟДﾟ*)ノｨｪｰｨ！ The story is about a gang called “Fly Call” whose boss suddenly dies and he tells his fellow members to get his wife and daughter out of the ghetto town of Glast Heim safely. Unfortunately one day his wife gets abducted by the rival gang “Nede” and his daughter, Futaba (who is the heroine) almost gets abducted as well by some random guys who want to earn money for her capture. Luckily for her she gets saved by two sexy twin bishies Shiro & Reimei, who happen to be from Fly Call and were asked by the boss to protect her before he passed away. They immediately take her to their huge mansion and tell her that while they want to honor their boss’s dying wish, they kinda need a boss and well she’s the closest thing being his daughter and all so they tell her she’s gonna have to suck it up and deal with it. XD (plot sound familiar yet?) Futaba’s only wish is to get her mother back safely and she causes Fly Call a lot of trouble trying to do so. Ruko Project

Looks like on February 4th they will unveil the next Tartaros character – Ruko. She’s 17 and apparently a ninja. I kept thinking she’s a gunner but now that I look at her outfit…I understand dattebayo. 😆 She also has a ninja cat which I think she uses as a weapon lol. All her stats and storyline will be revealed Feb 4th (next Thursday) so look forward to that ^^
