Poupee Party Event

poupeeparty Yes somehow I’m still doing poupee girl. Funny thing is that I don’t have to spam comments daily to get ribbons or whatnot since the ribbon item events are so rare that by the time the next one hits I’ve already accumulated 1000 ribbons or so lol. Anyway if you buy the ribbon stuff your empty tables will get food trays and cocktails all over them. Oh Katherine and your 150ribbon donuts 😆

Poupee’s going down the pooper…

poupeepooper Poupee Girl just keeps getting progressively worse. Last night Katherine instated a new rule that no more uploading of any sorts of dolls is allowed. The doll category would be removed and everyone who had anything in that category would have the item removed as well. I didn’t have a lot of things in there but I really liked my manekineko that I had posted in that category. 😦 I had some of my figures in there as well oh well…

The Halloween event was a disappointment, all the contests are targetted towards jewel item buyers, and most of the new events/items that are released are for jewel items only. If that wasn’t enough Katherine implemented a new “search” feature which will give you 10 ribbons for 3 searches per day – obviously searching adds additional ad revenue for the site. Who cares about getting more ribbons though when there’s hardly any ribbon items/events anyway? There are days that I almost forget to dress up my poupee so I just login, take a photo with the same outfit and do other stuff. I remember the days I looked forward to dressing up but now its kinda meh.

I’m trying to hang on I really am. I’ve been with Poupee for a year and a half and I have so much stuff that I’d hate to quit…but my interest in it is slowly falling… 😦

Poupee Halloween 2009

halloweenpoupee Finally Katherine released her Halloween event. Eh I can’t say I’m too thrilled because I have some Halloween stuff from last year and one of the dresses looked almost identical to what I purchased the year before. I ended up spending 500 ribbons but it wasn’t because I bought a lot but because everything was like 80 ribbons and up -_-; Oh well doesn’t matter since at the rate the ribbon events go, I won’t be spending any until Christmas probably anyway and I still have xmas stuff from last year as well.

I find it extremely funny that the tinker bell outfit is in the jewel section while the evil queen from snow white is in the ribbon section. I can see what Katherine thinks of ribbon users now… 😆 Additionally these were my Halloween outfits from 2008:

Reorganization @_@;

It has come to my attention that I’m playing too many games *_*;; Need to reorganize myself a little here. Let’s go down the list of what my current/future plans are for these games (and this blog.)

aisp@ce – Recently they released the water shooting game but I think in order to have any decent shooting power you gotta buy the super expensive nicopoint cosplay. As of October, it’s been 1 year since I began aisp@ce and well it’s pretty much boring. You just buy cash items and chat and that’s about it. The water shooting was supposed to add some spice to the game and I could have sworn they wanted to add a new island but when I logged on the shooting didn’t even work and 1 year later, no new island. Cash movement of dressup games.

I realized today I’m in a lot of “dress up” related games. Aisp@ce, Party Castle, Poupee Girl and now I joined Tinierme. Technically Pangya is dress up golf if you think about it too. As I evaluate all these things, I start to think like “what is there to do other than dress up your character…but what if the only worthy dressups require you to pay a ton of $$$”.
