Pangya Officially Opens Cash Shop

Well because Con Ed thought it was cool to drill below my apartment window I ended up getting up to check the updates. Since the official site isn’t loading for me I decided to go and explore in game as well as read the official patch notes. Servers have been adjusted as per above screenshot. Black Papel has Free 1-2-3, while Tiki is now the official Rookie server with a 50% exp bonus. I really hope that they added a system to Tiki where the max anyone gets from a tourney is 5000 pang to stop the rookie pang hackers =_=; They said they increased capacity for BP but I’m really worried that we won’t be able to get into it especially with all the events going on now :S

Edit: Official site loads now. It’s really nice! There’s some great new wallpapers and Mr.ECard has been renamed to “Scratchy Card” hehe cute X3 They’ve also added things like a beginner guide as well as new profile images for the characters. If you notice, Nuri is wearing his Snowflake scratch rare outfit, so I have high hopes of us getting caught up on that soon. This is all really exciting, go Ntreev! 😀

Edit2: I lost my excitement when I heard that we are still in beta despite a cash shop being open. Not spending a penny until we are out of beta. If anything goes wrong, items not delivered, money not transferred, they will just say “oh we’re in beta sorry shit happens!”

Pangya First Weekly Tourney 成功！

Thanks everyone who came by for the tourney today. If you missed it, there’s always next week 😀 While I had originally only planned 1 tourney, since we all finished before the 50 min. timer, we did a 2nd one. This week’s courses were the Wiz’s featuring White Wiz and WizWiz. (Again this was all completely random.) It was difficult but still a lot of fun talking to everyone and not having rude idiots rushing us or saying AFFZ every 2 seconds 😆 Looking forward to next week! (●´∀｀人´∀｀●)

Organized Vending & Weekly Tourney Information.

Hi guys, so I read on the forum that people have actually attempted to do organized vending rooms without me, which makes me really happy. I’ve therefore been inspired to run yet another organized vending room. Here are the details:

Day: Saturday, May 2nd
Time: Begins at 10AM EST, 7AM PST
Server: Black Papel Free 3
Room Title: Organized Vending 1
Notes: If you get to the room where there’s at least 15 people vending, please start “Organized Vending 2” on the same server. It would be great if we could start spreading out on multiple rooms.

I’m actually going to be out that day, going to a cherry blossom festival so I will be idling and will not be able to control the morons who refuse to vend on the side. If you’re around feel free to yell and make fun of the idiots who don’t follow 😈

Weekly Tourney:
So I’m finally organizing a weekly tourney. The tourney will be called “Yukkuri Taikai”. Just as the name says, the point is that you can take your time, relax, chat while you play and not worry about the stupid time limit, or be forced to waste your time boosters. Current Weekly Tourney Plan:

Day: Every Tuesday evening
Time: 6PM EST/3PM PST
Server: Tiki Free 2
Tourney Time: 50 minutes
Room Name: Yukkuri (star) Taikai
Password: yukune (UPDATED!!)
Course: Set to Random
Limit: 30 people. Sorry guys that’s the max that we can do at this time. I doubt we’ll get all 30 people filled up but first come first serve applies regadless.
Notes: ENGLISH ONLY. If you come in spamming in a foreign language you will not only be kicked but be permanently blacklisted from this tourney. In addition if you come in spamming “hurry, time, 30 min,” same thing applies. This is a no bullshit zone, be forewarned. 😡

Organized Vending: Thank you all!

To everyone who came by and put up a shop, thank you so much! Unfortunately I was at work all day and I didn’t see what was happening. However when I got home it seems like my computer had frozen and I had disconnected (due to that stupid PangFBI error.) Fortunately it had frozen on what look like a really nice and organized Vending Sidewalk!! 😀 To me that means that this was a success. Sure there were idiots who refused to follow or would follow then break the rule and vend in the middle, but I think overall for a first try it’s not bad at all! I would really like to try doing this again in the future – however I want Ntreev to listen to my suggestion on the forum and make a separate server for vending. It’s very annoying to go on Tiki 1 and have to try to get in it just to look at shops.

Poupee Travel Event

Well the interesting thing about the event is you can buy a “ticket” which will change your background depending on where the ticket is. The options are China, Africa & the Netherlands (soo random. Why not America?) They’re so expensive and I only had enough ribbons to buy that China dress. Good thing I still have a leftover suitcase from the last travel event. Katherine’s events are getting so expensive now I’m losing the motivation to blog about them. This might be my last Poupee event blog post.
