He ends up being a freeloader in your house but after all the kindness you give him, he falls in love with you. So I decided to finally fully play and review a Voltage game. And this time, I’m not dealing with that GREE shit, I just straight up bought 3 routes from Serendipity Next Door. I hope you enjoyed my $12 Voltage so now I can go ranting about how much of a ripoff your games really are. The story is about our 25 year old heroine (arbitrarily named Harukawa Sanae) who works in an import foods department and one day gets switched to import household goods instead. At the same time she gets to better know the neighbors in her apartment building. I didn’t realize the Japanese title literally meant “Be careful of your neighbor” because I sure as hell now know what they meant by that ／(^o^)＼.

Our heroine Shiraishi Toko is sent to Hakodate in Hokkaido for a 1 month business trip. When she gets there she runs into her childhood friend, who runs a cafe, as well as his regular friends and customers. This is a mobile game where the intro is free but you pay $3 or so for each guy’s route. There’s 6 guys in total but for several reasons I’ve only bought 1 so I’ll be reviewing only Kohei’s route. Shinohara Ayame’s apartment building burns down and she and her brother are left homeless. Her brother goes to share a room with his childhood friend Hideya (who is also Ayame’s first love) but Ayame gets a chance to live in a dormitory thanks to her uncle. The catch is, it’s an all male dorm and she has to basically be their housekeeper in return for room & board. She transfers to Fujisaki Gakuen and now has to take care of 5 beasts! All the guys are stereotyped based on animals so we’ve got a lion, a bunny, a monkey, a dog and a bear.
