Tartaros sample cash shop items

So the 30 day outfit will cost 550 yen ($6.15) and the 7 day will cost 150 yen. Wow lame. Almost 6 bucks for an outfit that expires in 30 days?? What the hell 😕 Do people actually spend money on stuff like that? I’d rather pay $10 for an outfit that’s permanent than $6 for a 30 day one. Tartaros official service start

As of 1/27 (this Wednesday), 3PM Japan time Tartaros will end its open beta and roll out the official service. A few notes:

Both Gaia & Zeus servers will get a 6th channel added to them for more space
A new “security card” system will be implemented which I guess will store your login info so you don’t have to type in your login/pw everytime.
Those who participated in the open beta test will receive 150 MK Cash (What about those of us who participated in CB, where’s my 500 cash??? 😡 )
Item shop will officially open but it will contain expiring items – so like an outfit that lasts only 30 days. Meh :T I hate stuff you pay for with real money that expires. Not worth it in my opinion. As far as I know the only cash items that are permanent are hair styles and hair colors.

Tartaros has been a lot of fun. I hit level 24 yesterday, I’m enjoying the game so much I’ve almost completely lost interest in Pangya. Anyway looking forward to official service, I really hope the addition of the 6th channel allows for less lag and actually being able to get into the game at peak hours.

I love Tartaros I really do, but this keyboard thing is KILLING my hands. I don’t know why I didn’t have this problem in closed beta but after the first day my right hand is facking killing me and my left hand’s not too far behind. This is kinda why I couldn’t play games like Maple Story back in the day, too much heavy focus on keyboard pressing. Am I the only one having this problem? Is everyone else ok? :S

I’ve been partying like crazy with everyone for mission quests the last few days but I think I wanna take a break and do the scenario quests. I REALLY wanna unlock Aerlot and the other mage guy. Sorry if I haven’t seen you in game yet, once I figure out how the hell to create guilds I’ll make one so we can be in touch a little easier ^^

Tartaros ~Play With Maintenance~

Yeaa I feel like they did like 10 hours of maintenance today or something. I finally got to play after work and boom 2 hours later “sorry gaiz maintenance!” 🙄

Anyway yea I had to recreate my character because they erased everything from closed beta. How sad. 😦 Also be sure you have your GPU option off or else there’s no voices during the cut scenes (finally got the damn things to work.) If you want to play in window mode but you want a resolution higher than 800 x 600, set it to whatever resolution you want then you can actually stretch the edges of your client to fit properly. Tartaros OB Campaigns

I think OB started now ?_? I got the email with the client download link overnight so I’ll try to jump in after work. A couple OB events are going on

1) Login & make a character between 1/14 and 1/18 and you get entered in a drawing to win some webmoney and MKStyle points.
2) Level up campaign, if you get to level 10 you get 10 insta-revive scrolls (if you die you can instantly revive on the spot basically, an efficient item for solo grinding!), get to level 15 and get 5 more scrolls (what’s the point lol) and get to level 20 and receive 30,000 riru (the game currency).
3) 1/15-1/17 riru 1.5x event so you can earn more in game currency to…uh buy potions if you plan to grind solo. Otherwise I’ve not seen too much use for ingame currency, at least not in closed beta.
