Hooray, thanks to the Mermaid bracelet, the background changed and now my legs don’t blend into the sand! I think I’ll keep this background for the rest of the beach event.

I actually think some of the items this year are quite lovely! I love the sailor striped swimsuits. I got the pink tube since I have a blue one from last year and I think they’re a little more transparent this year. Not a fan of fins or diver goggles though lol. I’m glad the cute little crab on the bottom there is back once again (*´ω｀*)

Poupee Tanabata 2011 & 3 Year Anniversary

Looks like this year’s Tanabata items are in the shell spring, boo lol. Fortunately because of that I was able to buy LAST year’s Tanabata wallpaper for only 15 ribbons! Yippie! So if you want this year’s don’t blow 1,000 ribbons…just wait a year and it’ll be like 90% off 😆 Also what’s with the bamboo randomly sticking out of the roof? Poupee Mystery Event 2011

Well at least this year’s Mystery event makes more sense since it appears to be detective items to make your poupee look like someone out of an Agatha Christie novel. Too bad I really don’t care to bother with these kinds of things so I’ll be passing on this event for now. Honestly out of all the events Katherine brought back, she had to bring back one of the lamer ones (　´_ゝ`).

Poupee June Bride 2011

Well unlike most years I’m pretty loaded for June bride this year (and because lately most ribbon items have been fugly). I think the stuff this year is pretty decent. I probably spent 1000 ribbons for all the stuff I bought but it’s okay since I hardly ever buy anything to begin with. I hope any new items will be nice otherwise I guess I’ll just save my ribbons as usual. Pretty sad that the ribbon campaign ended but I think I’ll be able to probably have enough ribbons until the rest of the year seeing how most of the latest ribbon items look like someone puked all over them.
