Using the PS Vita opening because F Lambsoars shitty cover lmao. I’m 10 years too late, but now that it’s been ported to the switch I finally decided to play through Shinigami to Shoujo. Our story begins with our heroine Sayo who lives with her oniichan in a house away from her parents because she hates her dad who uses people for his own gain, and mom who committed adultery and left her. Due to this, Sayo’s mental health state is completely messed up ,and she starts hanging out with other crazy people in town, including an amnesiac man who she names Ao. This is the story of child neglect and mental illness.

Otome Game Review: Tengoku Struggle -Strayside-
Enma Rin is the adopted daughter of the ruler of the underworld, Enma Daiou. She was a soul that committed a sin to be sent to hell but is an “utakata” and has no memories of her past life. After being adopted by hell daddy, who loves to adopt people and animals, she has gone through a lot of training to become a “hell graduate” to be a proper member of “hell society” and is also ruling over those who enter hell, deciding which “section” of hell they will be sent to. One day there’s a jail break and the prisoners not only break free, but they manage to escape their “sins” by using a special spider thread given to them by a former prisoner who was also purified of her sins. Unfortunately not only were their sins unfairly purified, but they also took the powers hell daddy has given them with them to the human world. Dad now tasks Rin, and his 4 adopted “pets” – aka former prisoners, to go to the human world and bring the escaped prisoners back. Unfortunately the 4 guys that go with her are a bunch of sexist douchebags from olden times, so now it’s up to Rin to train her man harem to help her with the mission dad gave her.😏 No worries though, she’s equipped with a taser and a ball biting cat mascot to keep them at bay. Since it’s THAT writer, trigger warnings for: Sexual assault, prostitution, necrophilia and vulgar language.

Cat RPG Review: Stray

So because I love every kind of cat and I just want to hug every cat, I decided to get Stray on Steam as it got released this past week. In order to avoid spoilers I basically ignored all info about the game other than “Cyberpunk and cat” which put me in for an unpleasant surprise. ⚠️Warning: This review contains spoilers. As usual Kanade’s commentary is in blue.
JRPG Review: Tales of the Abyss
And so after like 14 years of not watching the anime and being that I’m playing a bunch of Tales games now, I finally decided to jump into playing Tales of the Abyss. Unfortunately because Bamco would rather make failing mobile games than port this game, the only way for me to play it was through an emulator with the PS2 edition. As usual Kanade’s comments will be in blue. This review is actually spoiler free so feel free to read on!
Otome Game Review: Radiant Tale
Tifalia is an orphan who works with her aunt at an inn. One day a circus group comes to town but their first show is a massive failure. The purpose of their show is to collect feelings of joy from the audience to make Flora – a flower needed to wake their prince’s heart from the curse. He’s currently emotionless and a 17 year old stuck in a 7 year old’s body. After speaking to Tifaria and realizing she has some great ideas, they recruit her to help them improve the success of their shows. As usual spoilers and probably misspelled fantasy names ahead!
