Poupee Mystery Event 2011
Well at least this year’s Mystery event makes more sense since it appears to be detective items to make your poupee look like someone out of an Agatha Christie novel. Too bad I really don’t care to bother with these kinds of things so I’ll be passing on this event for now. Honestly out of all the events Katherine brought back, she had to bring back one of the lamer ones ( ´_ゝ`).
Bright Shadow is back from the dead to haunt you one last time.
So without me knowing (or caring) apparently Bright Shadow Japan FINALLY closed its doors in February!
They even had some campaign to give items to people starting new accounts on Gamania’s other games (Divinia & Lucent Heart.) Well not surprising as this game was outdated & crappy and last time I played on the JP servers there was practically nobody on. In the darkness of this closing, Beanfun, which recently picked up Lucent Heart decided to also pick up Bright Shadow which Failpot USA dropped. Supposedly the English Bright Shadow will reopen on July 8th (so very soon actually!) but you have to think about this: The Japanese version of BS is gone, Korean’s been gone for a while…don’t know if the Taiwan one is still running but basically you got a dead game reopening. What does this mean? It means there will probably be no new levels or content updates EXCEPT for the multiple gacha items that Japan had spewed for like 2 years until they finally shut down. Maybe while they’re at it, Beanfun will also revive Fantasy Earth Zero who knows ┐(‘～`；)┌
So unless you just wanna mess around with BS for old times sake, I wouldn’t recommend the English version. You’re essentially playing a zombie game at this point. I’d recommend playing Beanfun’s Lucent Heart (although I hear there’s a BR invasion recently 
) Neither of those 2 games appeal to me so I’m just waiting on my closed beta pass for Ragnarok Online 2 Lime Odyssey! ( Actually seeing that the same team who dragged on RO2 the Gate of World is now dragging their asses on Lime Odyssey…I don’t have much hope for this either tbh.. ( ´_ゝ`)).
In other news if you’ve been under a rock Prius Online English has been open for a while but I’ve decided to pass up on it since essentially the only cute thing are the lolis and the playable characters are kinda fugly or furry lol. Also they banned like almost every country ever which is good for the certain spammer countries but bad because now some of my worldwide friends can’t play with me.
Update: And so 1 year later Beanfun shuts down bright shadow on August 30, 2012. Let’s hope it stays dead for good this time lol.

Otome Game Review: Akazukin to Mayoi no Mori
So if you think this is the story about little red riding hood…think again. They basically decided to shove every fairy tail element they could think of and so came out Akazukin. I’d say its like red riding hood + snow white mixed with some sleeping beauty? XD Anyway the story starts out when our (not so little) red riding hood Tiana is told by her step mother to go and visit her uncle on the other side of the forrest. She gives her a map of the forest but her mom’s a dirty cumslut and the map is purposely in a way that will make Tiana fall into a river and die. Tiana knows her mom’s a stupid bitch so she tears up the map and decides she’ll just go into the forest and get eaten by the big bad wolf! Unfortunately for Tiana the wolf she runs into happens to look like he came out of Twilight and because I guess Tiana’s giant boobs & thunder butt aren’t satisfactory for him, he tells her that he’ll “raise her to be more plump” before he makes a 3 course meal out of her. So now she gets to stay in Mr. Wolf’s house while she interacts with all his furry friends and the 7 little perverts. One day Tiana returns home to see if her dad was worried about her, but her dad & stepmom threw away all her things as if she’s dead and are now having a new baby of their own. She runs back to the forest and decides to never return home. Will Tiana ever leave the forest and get revenge on her piece of shit family? Spoilers ahead…so skip to my final thoughts to avoid them! Poupee June Bride 2011
Well unlike most years I’m pretty loaded for June bride this year (and because lately most ribbon items have been fugly). I think the stuff this year is pretty decent. I probably spent 1000 ribbons for all the stuff I bought but it’s okay since I hardly ever buy anything to begin with. I hope any new items will be nice otherwise I guess I’ll just save my ribbons as usual. Pretty sad that the ribbon campaign ended but I think I’ll be able to probably have enough ribbons until the rest of the year seeing how most of the latest ribbon items look like someone puked all over them.
Otome Game Review: Vitamin X to Z
So concluding my Vitamin Tour will be the fandisk for both Vitamin X AND Z! That’s right D3P decided to shove everyone together into one game and throw it on to the PSP! The good news is since both games have already been ported to the PSP this included adjusting some of the stand in pics for X as well as adding new ones in. The game came out this year so the artist has significantly leveled up and so the CGs were quite pleasant to look at. Best part of all – each guy’s route is only 4 chapters and *gasp* NO STUPID EXAMS! Yippie! The story takes place “in the middle” of the scenario of the original X & Z games but the endings then take place AFTER the endings of X&Z. Basically the gang of X go to a winter lodge for a week before new years while the Z gang then go visit the same vacation house in the summer along with GTR, Kagetora & Kamijou + the bears. Both Yuri & Manami are in イケメン heaven as they get to いちゃこら while enjoying a relaxing time in the hotsprings or going wild at the summer festival.

I’m sorry but in my opinion the exceed voices were much better. Well the voice acting/actors are the same but the lines were just so much funnier. Lucia’s “I’m GOOD” and “That was HOT!” as well as her DB “O.M.GEE” just cannot be replaced by the crap in these clubs. Exceed clubs stats are also way better in my opinion. I definitely don’t recommend anyone waste time with this gacha unless you don’t own a pair of voice clubs and just want to have one. Those who own miracle & exceed, don’t waste your coins!
In other news, I have carpal tunnel (手根管症候群)…or something close to it so my right arm’s been out of commission for a week. Haven’t been playing Pangya or Tartaros, just making it through my otome game backlog on auto-mode.
Otome Game Review: Vitamin Z
So continuing from the previous game Vitamin X, our former heroine Minami Yuri decided she wants to teach the fuck out of the entire world so she decides to go traveling. Due to this her position opens up, and a girl who just graduated college and is looking for a job gets an offer from her. This girl’s name is Kitamori Manami and she’s now the new teacher in charge of the reject class at that school. Fortunately for her there’s only 4 idiots this time, the Aho-4 and our favorite B6 (beautiful 6 now ) guys from the last game are back as teachers to help her out! ﾌﾟｯ(※థэథ)∵.*.∵ On top of that she has the 3 senseis who form the GTR – Great Teachers R (all their first names start with R) that help her with the crazy principal who looks like a vampire, with his little butt kissing assistant to drive her crazy. If that wasn’t bad she also has 2 twins from the student council to deal with. Manami’s got a lot on her plate, so will she be able to fill in Yuri’s shoes?

Oh well this is my first time winning an SR card though and pretty nice seeing as how I didn’t have to spend any money to do it
